ご挨拶

Taguchi Pattern Works (TPW) has been working behind the scenes to support Japanese manufacturing industry for more than 70 years. The reason why we have been able to come such a long path for 70 years is because of the efforts of our employees as well as the support from our business partners. It is my mission to carry on the tradition that TPW has built, and to develop it into a better company at the same time.

We are skilled at molding cylinder heads and blocks with high degrees of difficulty, furthermore, we engage in a wide range of mass production of parts processing by using 5-axis MC. It is not an exaggeration to say that our products are fruits of labors that have been produced by experience of our employees and passing on our own technologies and skills. In order to create these fruits, engineers are required to have various skills such as reading and drawing up blueprints, designing patterns and understanding the detailed specifications required for products.

In recent years, the spread of AI has reached in various industries, and we have often heard that AI may replace people. However, in our manufacturing industry, “people” and “engineers” are the ones who use AI and/or robots.

We educate engineers, then the engineers gain a sense of accomplishment when they produce great products. As a result, we receive high praise from our customers. By utilizing this cycle, TPW will contribute to Japanese manufacturing industry and aim to be a 100-year old company. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to working with you.

TAGUCHI, Shuichiro / President

Japan, which is poor in underground resources, has been established in the manufacturing industry based on processing technology that has been piled up their wits and experience. Taguchi Pattern Works (TPW) has been supporting the bottom of the manufacturing industry for 75 years with solid technique and skills. We started our business from making wooden patterns and metallic patterns for mainly internal combustion engines, and now we are expanding our business range to the area of solid of revolution such as turbochargers and gas turbines, as well as semiconductor producing equipment.

We will continue to be in the vanguard in Japanese and worldwide innovation while being a small and medium-sized company. We will pass on our business from the second generation to the third generation and continue to move forward to be a 100-year old company.
